Pipeline Construction
LCOS provides comprehensive pipeline construction services.
Our comprehensive pipeline construction services include a wide range of common pipeline types and sizes, from 2″ to 16″, to support small- and large- scale projects and operations. We construct mainline and multi-line gathering systems, enabling efficient transportation and collection of resources.
We construct both above-ground and below-ground pipelines, considering the environmental and logistical factors of each project. Our teams are skilled in working with many pipe materials, including steel, fiberglass, and HDPE, as well as composite pipelines that combine the benefits of multiple materials.
We also specialize in constructing innovative pipeline systems such as Flexpipe, FlexSteel, Fiberspar, and CORE Linepipe, which offer enhanced flexibility, durability, and corrosion resistance. We can also install insulated pipelines for temperature-sensitive products and internally coated pipelines for added protection against corrosion and abrasion.
Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) support complements our pipeline construction services. Our HDD expertise enables us to navigate challenging terrains and underground obstacles, ensuring efficient and safe pipeline installation.
Pipeline Integrity Services
LCOS offers a range of services supporting pipeline projects. These include project management, pipeline integrity excavations, repair and cut-out programs, hydrostatic testing, wireline and tether tool crew support, pipeline lowering, abandonments, pig barrel fabrication/pipe modifications, pipe-in-pipe cutouts, pipeline class upgrades, emergency repair services, and HDD & microtunneling support. We also provide brownfield and greenfield construction services for pipeline projects..
Facility Construction
LCOS specializes in facility construction for industrial visions, focusing on energy and storage infrastructure. We build and fabricate core infrastructure for oil and gas production and processing , including battery and treating facilities, storage facilities, pump stations, LACT units, compressor and meter stations, and wellsite facilities. We have expertise in fabricating and constructing elements that manage the transportation and flow of oil and gas, such as riser and header fabrication, pipe racks, and flare systems. Our work is supported by a range of structural steel fabrication services, including oil field facility and module fabrication, compressor station setup, and custom skid fabrication. We offer additional services to support oil and gas operations, such as refrigeration plants, pigging skids and barrels, and satellite site preparation and construction.
Picker / Heavy Lift Services
LCOS provides picker/heavy lift services to safely and efficiently handle large, specialized equipment and materials vital to drilling, completion, and production operations. Our services are provided by a fleet of heavy-duty cranes equipped with specialized rigging and lifting attachments to precisely position and move drilling rigs, pipe sections, production modules, and more. Our skilled operators and riggers adhere to strict safety protocols and industry standards to ensure the secure lifting and transportation of these heavy loads, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency in challenging field environments.
Earthworks/civil construction
At LCOS, we specialize in turning raw land into functional spaces ready for development. Our comprehensive suite of services is designed to meet the needs of civil construction projects, from the initial clearing of land to the final touches of reclamation.
These services include:
- Land Clearing and Preparation: This involves clearing vegetation, trees, and other obstacles from the land to prepare it for construction or other uses. It may also include surveying the land to determine its boundaries and topography, as well as installation of necessary infrastructure.

Facility Maintenance
When it’s time for LCOS to undertake a FACILITY maintenance, trust LCOS to provide all the resources necessary to execute the project with safety and efficiency. Our skilled team comprises welders and pipefitters. Our capabilities encompass shop and portable welding, general fabrication, B-Pressure welding, stainless steel TIG welding, and pipefitting. We also do yard maintenance as a full-service contractor.
